1   1. Members are advised to adhere and follow the under mentioned guidelines if arriving in Kasauli Station, prior to entry to the Kasauli Club:- (a) Mail the date of arrival including the entry pass. (b) Mail COVID -19 Test Report. 2. The entry in the Club will only be allowed on completion of 14 days quarantine period from date of arrival in both the above cases. 3. Members are requested to co-operate with the management for smooth functioning of the Club during COVID -19 pandemic times. 4. The limited dining facility has been opened only for local resident members. 2   Snacks takeaways has been started w.e.f. 03 Aug 2020 only to local residents who are residing in Kasauli or completed a 14 days quarantine period. The Snacks duly packed will be delivered to the members at the gate on prebooked orders as under:- (a) Morning - Delivery - 1100h -1230h (b) Evening - Delivery - 1600h -1900h The members are requested to kindly contact the Club reception on telephone no. 01792-273882 to book their snacks accordingly. 3   Limited reopening the dining facilities has been started wef 26 Jun 2020 as per the Govt guidelines. SOP for the same has already been forwarded on Email ID of members. The members are requested to strictly follow the SOP and cooperate in this phase of reopening. Cooked meals takeaways facilities are also available for lunch and dinner. Note: 1. Only local resident members of Kasauli are permitted to use dining facilities. Outstation members, Accompanied / unaccompanied guests for the time being not permitted to use this facility. 2. As per Govt guidelines members above 65 years with comorbidities, pregnant ladies and children below 10 years are advised not to visit the Club. 4   As per the COVID - 19 guidelines the management committee of Kasauli Club has decided to reopen the outdoor Tennis facility wef 17 July 2020 only for local resident members of Kasauli. Outstation members, accompanied / unaccompanied guests for the time being will not be permitted to use of this facility. Note : 1. It will be ensured that not more than two members play in each court at a time. 2. Tennis coach / any other person to assist in the game will not be permitted in the club premises. 5   In view of COVID - 19 Kasauli Club not accepting online booking of room. Members are requested to please do not book room online Club website. 6   In view of COVID – 19 outbreak Kasauli Week celebrations for the year 2020 to be held in 2nd week of June is postponed, fresh dates will be intimated later. 7   POSTPONMENT OF AGM It is intimated that as per the latest notification No. Extension AGM/ROC –CHD 345 dated 08.09.2020 by Registrar of Companies, Chandigarh “Ministry of Corporate Affairs” Govt of India has extended the time to hold the AGM of the FY 2019 - 2020 till 31 Dec 2020. The Executive Committee has decided to postpone the conduct of AGM to be held on 26 Sep 2020 to a suitable date in Dec 2020. The fresh date for the AGM to be held in Dec 2020 will be intimated later on finalisation.

All members and their guests visiting the Club are requested to strictly follow the following dress code:

  1. Formal Dress for Gents
    1. Lounge Suit / Safari Suit / Combination / Blazer / Nehru Jacket.
    2. Shirts tucked in with trousers.
    3. Turban for Sikh Gentlemen.
    4. Leather Shoes with Socks.

  2. National Dress
    1. Kurta with collars and buttoned down cuffs with crisp/churidaar pyjamas with Waist coat / Achkan / Jacket.
    2. Leather Shoes with Socks (No Sandals / Chappals).

  3. Informal Dress for Gents
    1. Shirts / T-Shirt with collars and tucked in with trousers / jeans.
    2. Shoes with Socks. (No Sports Shoes)
    3. Turban for Sikh gentlemen/Patkas for school going children.

  4. Dress for Ladies
    1.  Formal :   Sarees / Suits / Formal trousers and Coat.
    2. Informal : Ladies are requested to adhere to a decent dress wear.

  5. Dress items NOT allowed inside the Club premises
    1. Shirt / T-Shirts without collars or with Chinese collars.
    2. Tracksuits / Jogging / Bermuda Shorts & Sports Shoes.
    3. Mini Skirts / Shorts for ladies.
    4. Slippers / Chappals and Sandals.
    5. Patkas / Caps for Sikh gentlemen.
    6. Shoes without Socks.
    7. Sports shoes are NOT permitted inside the Bar after 7:00 PM for both Ladies and Gents.

  6. Any individual who is found to be violating the Dress Code shall not be permitted to enter the Club premises. Leather Shoes for changing and T shirts with collars for purchase are available at the Reception.

Note: Appropriate sports wear both for ladies and gents is permitted in the outdoor / indoor Sports area, front Court yard and Wash rooms till 8 PM only.
